"We loved staying at the Garnett’s while our travel trailer was getting repaired. We work remotely so having fast internet and a quiet place was required and that exactly what hat we got. The farm was peaceful, good views of Yukon River and Whitehorse as well as being 5-10min from anywhere in Whitehorse. Amber was a great host and was an easy to communicate with. Bonus - amber provided farm fresh eggs for our stay! "

"This was a great place to stay just across the river and only a few minutes from Whitehorse. Yet, private and iin a rural area. It was actually even nicer than the description and pictures on VRBO."

"Easy check in, owner in good contact. New cleaning person didnt do a great job, one of the bathrooms wasnt clean, we had to wipe down toilet and shower ourselves. Kitchen was better but not great. Bedding and layout was great. Third bedroom was cute but not suitable for older people. Nice to have a bbq, but some chairs outside would have been nice. Really great place if you have dogs, made it special for us. Place is very convenient to town, and on the river (kind of). We would go back for sure."

"We had a great stay, it is a very quiet cabin and the property is the perfect distance away from the city. The cabin itself was very clean, and I appreciated that we had a washer and dryer to do laundry as we ended up staying an extra night. Alain was very understanding as I wanted to book an extra 2 nights due to a blizzard, but ended up only staying one extra night as it didn't snow as much as expected. "I don’t know if this host has other properties in Whitehorse or not but if he does, I’m sure it will be just as wonderful as this one. The unit we had was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was just as advertised, conveniently located with a major grocery store, drug store, and many restaurants within easy walking distance. "We loved the cozy beautiful little cabin in the woods of Yukon. We went to see the aurora and did 3 nights. Due to La Nina, clouds were more frequent than we hoped. The wifi bandwidth was solid. We found our phones unable to navigate on the weak LTE cell signal when we got away from the cabin. We enjoyed the trail to "Happy Hour Rock" with its view of Lake Lebarge. The nearby Yukon Wildlife Reserve was another wonderful walk. A beautiful place overall! "
