"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I upgraded to the presidential suite, which was amazing. Although it was more expensive than I was expecting to pay. I really enjoyed my time there. It was worth it! The views are amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was in luxury. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to splurge. The staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast was amazing. A wonderful visit all in all."

"We stayed in 7 different hotels during our visit to El Eje Cafetero. We looked for a relaxed and eco-friendly places. Look no further, this is the Best Place to stay. We only wished that we stay a little longer, but for sure we are coming back. The glass infinity pool looking towards the mountains was the jewel of the trip. "

"FR Hotel is a solid choice if you go to Ibague. We were on the third floor, same as the spa and the restaurant, and it had a unique charm to it as i walked around. The room was as shown in Expedia's listing as "Premium Suite". High ceilings, tall doors to the patio which had a nice view of the mountains. The staff wore smiles from the front desk to the restaurant. There was an issue getting hot water into the hot tub, but someone came up quickly to help and after some tinkering we had hot water. The restaurant is covered but open to the outside. For breakfast, there were 3 main options and several other things to self serve. We were satisfied. We didn't get to use the spa. Overall, FR Hotel gets a thumbs up from me. "
