"Clean spacious and good communication."

"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"Iarca inn is a wonderfully advanced apartment hotel. All check in and entering/leaving are technically efficient, but the apartment is very well appointed with cooking and laundry facilities. I wish my time here would have been longer. It's very secure, but died require a car and Internet proficiency to make the best use of this great property. Thank you for an excellent stay. I'm just sorry it was too short. Wishing you all the best "

"An absolutely fantastic place to stay in Bucharest. Very nice part of town, across the street from a fantastic restaurant and a wonderful, very large park on a lake. Easy walking to many dining, shopping and experience options. My room was absolutely fabulous, four stars plus for sure. Most of all, the service was excellent. Ask and you shall receive! "

"Well the property had a technical issue with the heating floor unit,at first we contacted the owner and let him know,and he said that he will adjusted remotely,and had to leave cause it was to hot inside, few hours later when we came back it was even hotter up 29.9° Celsius and we had to wait for maintenance guy to show up few hours later to turned off. So other then the sauna experience,everything else was good. "

"Host never provided access to unit; there was no keypad. Host stopped providing communication. it is also dirty. Elevator is slow and didnt work. "

"We had some initial issues with Expedia putting this apartment in Old Town when it is not, luckily we managed to upgrade on the way there to one that is. Unfortunately by coincidence our upgrade then suffered a burst pipe so George upgraded us again to the property next door! Both apartments were lovely regardless! Thank you George for all your help, you were invaluable. "
