"We had a wonderful weekend at this location! The house was beautiful inside and peaceful outside. We loved spending nights by the fire pit and playing board games in the cozy living room. Mornings on the porch were very relaxing. We can’t wait to go back!"

"We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

"Property exceeded our expectations. The house was everything advertised. We were looking for a nice quiet and peaceful get away after Christmas and this property met that need. The country house was so peaceful we did not even hear fireworks on New Years Eve. The host is exceptional in anticipating the needs of travellers. Thank you for allowing us to stay."

"We hunt annually in the area and this was the perfect property for our group. Lots of space inside and out, deer crossing in the back and the most beautiful sunrise coming through the back windows. We are looking forward to next year! "

"The property was great and perfect for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed interacting with the animals and exploring the river bed. The location is close enough to Fredericksburg without being in the city. However, there was no spa/whirlpool, no satellite/cable, and no ice maker available as stated on the VRBO listing. Also, there was no wi-fi in the suite."

"From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!"

"My husband, our friends, and I had such a wonderful time here! We each had our own space since they stayed in the cottage which wasn't attached to the house and it was only five minutes to downtown. And all on 5 acres with total privacy. "We loved gathering with our family at this beautiful and quiet farmhouse. It is perfectly set up for a crowd with great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Lots of very thoughtful amenities! A bit outside of Fredricksburg, but we loved the trees, sunsets/sunrises, wildlife, nearness of many wineries and easy access to Albert Dancehall. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"Our family and in-laws stayed here for a few days over spring break. The home is lovely, clean with nice amenities. The kids loved the game room and was nice to have the separate casita for the in-laws so they could sleep in if they wanted. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Location is great, feels private but easy to get into central Fredericksburg. Check in and out process were easy."
