"This is the 3rd year in a row that we have visited which soeak for itself. This is an absolute gem and we were lucky to see the Nothern Lights 2 days in a row from the hot tub. The only things that would make it even better is if the outside lights were on a sensor so that you can enjoy the lights even more. As the area by the back is lit up so much you are missing out on the true beauty of the lights when they are visible. The showers get really wet, we stayed in 3 different rooms and had this issue in all whereas the shower doors don't ose properly. However this is a small thing which doesn't take away from the overall wonderful experience at rhe hotel. Its also not too far from a few majoy sights like the Geysir, Gullfoss and Krater. We will be back for sure! "

"A fantastic place to stay, and a brilliant base for the sights of south Iceland. Friendly staff and the room itself had everything you could need for the price, plus a little bit more. Had to use the spare duvet as a pillow, as I like a firm pillow, but that's more personal preference."

"Localisation époustouflante en pied de montagne et bord de mer. A 2 pas du glacier et des points de rendez vous pour les randonnées et grottes de glace (juste en face de Diamond beach d’ailleurs…) Personnel très sympa et restaurant absolument délicieux offrant une courte assez réduite mais tout fait maison… "

"Visited over the winter season and the property was spacious and very clean. There was a gentleman who shovelled snow off my rental vehicle every morning before I even woke up. There were tractors working overtime to ensure the roads were clear of excess snow. The apartment is close to the capital and easy to find. Will visit again "

"Staff was great, they let call us to the room, to let us know when the Aurora Boreal was present. The best! Room Deco, quality and amenities were awesome. Loved this place"
