"When I booked the whole room, it clearly has a tag 'private washroom' but when i get into the room, there was no private washroom rather than a common space for shower, basin and toilet and male female washroom was not separated which was very inappropriate. The hostel should remove the fake advertising of 'private washroom' with this dorm room."

"Great hostel to stay at, very lively and always something going on. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private room which was just like a very standard hotel room. Music was loud but that is expected with it being a party hostel, and music is turned down every night at 1 anyways. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"Comfortable beds and new rooms that smell and look clean. Customer service was excellent and any issues were quickly solved. I would recommend this to backpackers who wanna spend a couple nights in Ao Nang. Good location and chill atmosphere."

"Location is convenient and only about 10 minutes from the beach walking. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, and they do a good job maintaining the property. The bathroom situation is in the hallways where the doors to the dorms are, so it's a bit awkward and limited privacy. "Great location. ATM, 7-11, street food, restaurants, night life, laundromat, massage and riverside within 2 minutes walk. Place was clean despite high turnover of people. Stayed in 4 X doorm and it was very spacious. Some lights not working when reporting to the staff they weren't too bothered, the issue was not rectified during my stay - 3 nights. "really convenient location; 7 eleven next door & laundry place a few shops down; 10 min walk to the beach; really nice design & layout for the common areas; it is on the main street though so expect the common areas to have a lot of street traffic noise which is pretty loud; rooms have a lot less street traffic noise depending on if it's right by the main street or if the rooms are farther away"

"Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left."

"Very cool place, the pool is perfect and the view is unreal so to have both is amazing especially for the price. Do think the place could with some updating as it’s beginning to look dated. The hill up to the property is very steep, some taxis and drivers won’t go up there so be mindful of that when you’re booking. Me and my partner are young and fit and it was a task. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day that’s free to guests so if you time it right you won’t need to worry. "

"LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE BESIDES IT WASNT ON GOOGLE MAPS AND THEY NEED MORE OUTSIDE LIGHTING BUT THEY ARE WORKING ON THAT BUT ITS THE BEST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED AT AND IVE STAYED ALLLLL OVER THE WORLD!!! COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!!!"

"This was one of our favorite properties, we were located on the second floor and even though the front desk said it didn't have a view it have a really nice view of the mountains. The bed was super comfortable, large pool and recliners available, its basically a mini apartment with a kitchen, full fridge, spacious shower and a large balcony. "Hotel was a great choice for Ao Ning. It is easily walkable to the beach and direct access to the Main Street. The infinity pool has the most spectacular view. The breakfast was good. Staff amazing. I would recommend the premium rooms for an unforgettable experience "

"The good: staff and service; the breakfast; the pools. The bad: there is a new night market across the way and in the evenings there is music playing until about 10:30 pm. Unfortunately, you can hear the sound in the room. If you are an early sleeper, you’ll need ear plugs. Not in the hotels control.The hotel itself is excellent."
