"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony.
