"Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. The food to order appears to be ‘Hunger Stations’. I would certainly use again on a business trips again and hopefully the district of An Narjis will have changed for the best. "

"The location is miles away from any other amenities, situated as it is in the middle of the desert outside of Riyadh. However, it would be excellent for a family with children as they have a huge kid-friendly pool and kids club. I really enjoyed the restaurant which allows a choice between buffet-style eating or a la carte. The latter offered some excellent quality food. My room was vast (I had a suite) and it came with a large balcony. The one facility located next door is the “Bestival” concert venue. So if you are going along, this is an excellent choice to stay close by."

"A great hotel, stayed here many times now. Close to the airport and a short drive into the city. Excellent food choices all day and the staff are absolutely incredible, always super friendly & helpful. Not the cheapest hotel but worth it."
