One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "Hotel is perfectly positioned in central Leuven. The hotel does not have a car park but offered discounted rate at local car park. The hotel has a small lift to all floors as the stairs can be steep with lots of luggage. The rooms, were basic but nicely presented. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of cereal, eggs, salmon, breads and luxury teas. The staff were excellent and polite. I had a 1 night stay for business."

"Superleuk hotel met uitzicht op de Maas. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum en station. Uitstekend ontbijt, leuk casino, goed restaurant en een spa. Parkeerplaats met opladers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen. "
