It is a great northern property on a very pretty lake. Very friendly helpful staff. I did find the food a little pricey but I did have breakfast included. Found great value in that. Check in fast and easy. I pre paid through Expedia so no problems. Later the hotel accidentally charged me again for the room. An honest mistake which they corrected immediately when brought to their attention. They were exact to deal with. I will stay there again

I've stayed here twice and both experiences weren't very good. The first time i stayed, there were no towels. I called front desk but no one ever answered so had to go to front desk and ask for them. I then received only one towel and was made to feel like i was lying. The second time i stayed was even worse. I'm not confident my door locks. I went for dinner as it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. No one greeted me and i stood around awkwardly to be seated. I was told i would get a menu but never got one and after 10 minutes i had to get one myself. No one ever checked on me. Pizza was gross. I'm so uncomfortable and just want to leave and NEVER come back.

It was beautiful long weekend with my wife celebrating our first year wedding anniversary at a beautiful resort. The staff was amazing from Andrea and Charlize at the Rousseau Pub to Alanna and Chef Aaron at The Rosseau! They all made our stay the best it could be.

Had amazing night at the Windermere. Rode the motorcycles up there and jumped in the pool once we arrived. The room was great and the grounds looked amazing. Right by the water and lots of things to do…..we be back forsure

Our family stayed here for mothers day May 11 to 12, wonerful room ,overlooking lake Rosseau, what a peaceful calm place , could hear all the nature. We had saturday night dinner at the pub, so yummy, mothers day brunch was tasty and beautiful set up will be back again
