"Wonderful hotel. Spacious room with high ceilings. Super friendly staff. Great initiative giving the choice of vouchers towards drinks instead of room cleaning! Fab location in a lovely city. The nicest hotel we’ve stayed in Exeter. "

"Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

"Liked the Hotel and location. Very central. Needs a few tweeks with attention to detail. Ie eating in the dinning isnt a pleasant experience as its so cold. Air con blowing onto you and even when asked if could turn up or off it didnt help. "

"Nice hotel in a good location. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants and not too far to walk into Barry Island. A little bit of tlc needed in the room due to wear and tear which didn’t affect our stay at all. "
