"This space was excellent for all of our needs and more! We have family in the area and we were able to just walk everywhere needed. Excellent restaurant across the street. We have walked by this space countless times in the past when we lived downtown and never knew about it. The train that goes by is loud like a train should be but just added to the charm of the area cant say enough great things about it. Cant wait till our next stay!"

"Check in and communication was seamless. Photos are a very accurate representation of the space. Super clean! Did hear some noise/smell some cigarette smoke from downstairs neighbor (nothing too bothersome) and had our own private entrance to the unit. Needed to buy drinking water as the unit is on well water. Very well appointed kitchen, we made several breakfasts! Great view of the river from the front bedroom, and downtown Algonquin was cute! Will stay here again next time we visit family...

"Specific tenants were given access to security features of the building and electronics to control and harass other tenants. Did not checked tenants for bringing their own surveillance equipment. Limitations on certain electronic instruments/equipment that can be brought inside the property limits. "

"Everything was great. We were warned about the stairs so I can’t say anything about that. the rugs in the bedrooms And living room Are tripping hazards. My husband and I both got our foot hung up in the bedroom rug twice."

"I was coming home for my 50th class reunion in Geneva and wanted a place to stay with my BFF from high school and I found this cute apartment. The neighbor hood was a little bit older but the apartments had been renovated. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us. I contacted Sam with a few questions and he immediately answered my questions and brought over a few requested items. We had a wonderful time and would recommend for a cozy stay."
