The owner picked up immediately when we called and we happy to assist. It turns out we were just a littler early. But he opened it anyway and was extremely friendly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is accessible to everything in and around Huntsville very quickly - and also Cathedral Caverns and spots for good hiking, if those are your interests. Grocery stores are within 10 minutes drive. There was plenty of comfortable space to sleep and relax. Overall one of my favorite vacation rentals. We definitely enjoyed the unique feel of the dome...

"It is a beautiful place in the woods on Tim's Ford Lake. The host is wonderful. We enjoyed the dock, boats, and fishing, and the grandkids loved the water slide and water toys! It's a great place to enjoy a relaxing weekend! I recommend it for any time of the year! We couldn't ask for more pleasant hosts who really work to make the stay enjoyable!"

"I brought a group of people from my church to see the lights in Huntsville. The property was adequate. The on line listing stated the property slept 12 and there was 2 Queen beds in each bedroom and two sofa beds. When we arrived there was only 1 Queen bed in each room and a full size bed in 1 bedroom for a total of five beds and no sofa bed. Full size adults had to double up in beds which was a bit of a puzzle to work out. This property is good for 5 couples or five individuals, but not 12...
