"We were not expecting much for a motel that has obviously been around for a long time (i.e. old), but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The only disappointment was the onsite restaurant has closed."

"This is a wonderfully kept property with very gratuitous host and hostess. Our room had 2 queen beds, a love seat, a table, small refrigerator, and a microwave. We were visiting Cass Scenic Railway and Morning Glory Inn is one of the few lodging options in the area to offer breakfast. This is a rural area that primarily focuses on the winter ski trade. In the off season dining options are limited and tend to close early so plan accordingly. Also cell service is limited. If driving in from the south consider using US 219 instead of the routes that Google Maps and Mapquest might recommend. It is a much wider road than VA 39 and WV 39 even if a little bit longer from I64."

"My husband and I stayed at the Roseloe for one night. It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed our stay very much. For the price, you get a comfortable, clean room. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Staff was very friendly and provide free bottled water. There's an ice maker on site, as well as mini fridge and microwaves in the rooms. The convenience to get to all attractions was excellent. We will stay here again."
