"Our family of 4 stayed in a 6 bed dorm with private ensuite for 3 nights. The hostel itself has a great vibe and excellent communal facilities. Nice lounges to relax in. Wifi is great in common areas however dropped out at lot in our room on the 5th floor. Hostel is in an excellent location. The room was a bit tight on storage and hanging space and no floor mat was provided for when stepping out of the shower. Overall an affordable place for a family to stay whilst visiting Copenhagen. "

"The property was great for us as a family. We were busy all day and just needed somewhere to rest our heads and feet from all the walking we did. It would have been nice to have towels provided and being British, we’d have loved a kettle for making our own hot drinks. It was clean and warm, the shower was lovely and powerful, and the staff were accommodating. We were early for check in but they kindly offered us a different room which was ready. "Bathroom was an issue. Two bathrooms on facility: one is a small box, one is bigger one that is shared between male and female. Room temperature could not be controlled. Two small seperate blankets. Overall okay stay but could have been better."

"The service and breakfast were good. The kitchen facilities in the basement were excellent. One thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the quilt and pillow. I am not sure how others' were, but mine looked dirty."

"A short 1 night stopover in this hostel ., staff member at reception was very pleasant and gave details very precisely ., room was for 4 people large enough .. bathroom and shared shower facilities on same floor and were sufficient . Overall it’s a well run hostel with a good transport links to travel the city 👍"

"Great place, rooms were brilliant but no bar in the hotel and the restaurant opening hours could be improved. Really nice restaurants practically next door and supermarket 10 feet away so I’d highly recommend staying here"

"Very close to the main square and main shopping and dining streets. The property was clean and happy hour(s) for drinks and coffee was an amazing bonus. The room was a bit dark as there is no main light but little lights scattered around ceiling. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"This place is absolutely remarkable! Although we couldn't spend an entire day here, we truly appreciated the experience. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The property itself was impeccably clean and beautifully renovated, showcasing a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, it offered easy access to a multitude of attractions, all within walking distance. It was the perfect spot for sightseeing and exploring everything the area has to offer!"

Great location for exploring Copenhagen

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery! Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!! Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines. Will definitely be returning. "
