We had a nice stay in Copenhagen and thoroughly enjoyed Skt Petri. It was close to the metro and Old Town, was in a quiet part of the city and felt like a respite each time we returned. The bartender made great drinks and the breakfast was well presented each morning.

I did not like that they hold a bond of 500kr per night. Do they think I'll steal food in their mini bar after spending A$ 20K for a 5 week Euro holiday????? No offer of help to take my luggage to my room when I checked in. Then charging me 15kr for environmental levy even if I opted to not change towels for 4 days for the green option. They waived it after I questioned it. Arevthey really donating 50kr to charity for every day I opted green? How do I know????

Der var ikke varmt vandt i bruseren til ret sent om morgenen. Jeg vil sige et sted af ellers ret godt ry og service, så er det ikke godt nok. Godt nok må der tages højde for at de havde noget renovering.

Hotellet levede på ingen måde op til vores forventninger. Vi viste at hotellet var under renovering, så den smule støj vi oplevede var på ingen måde et problem og indvirker ikke på vurderingen. Til gengæld levede hverken værelset eller morgenmads resturent op til forventningerne. Værelse var lille og dårligt indrettet. Skabe kan ikke lukke ordenligt op, aircon kan ikke temperatur indstilles, der var en fæl kloak lugt fra badeværelse. Slet ikke hvad jeg vil forvente fra en af københavns fine hoteller. Derudover var service i den midlertidige morgenmadsresturent elendig. Fade var tomme allerede fra kl 9.45, selv om morgenmad er til kl 11. Når vi påpegede dette skete der ikke noget, og efter gentagende påmindelse fik vi tilsidst (kl 10.15) beskeden “resturent lukker snart”. Alt i alt ikke hvad vi forventede
