There was unbelievably kind to us very professional. We had a problem with next-door neighbors last night with a child and also extremely loud talking by the woman on a telephone. Crystal understood the problem and totally gave us credit for our room and was very understanding and very kind. We always stay at Holiday Inn. We love staying at the Holiday Inn expresses and are so appreciative of how grateful we were treated by Crystal. She is an exceptional employee manager And we feel that we were fully compensated for what happened last night. Thank you so much for having Crystal there to help us this morning as we checked out. Great owners who communicated very well and timely.This precious cabin is tucked in the Shenandoah mountains & is very quiet, clean and such a lovely place located by great local wineries and eateries with beautiful scenery & mountain views, The wood-burning stove was an added bonus. We all are very happy with our experience and time here(3 nights). This cabin is also very well furnished, new, very clean, and has all the necessities.We highly recommend it and it fits four people perfectly. :)"
