"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"

"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple.
