"The Hard Rock Hotel is great. Clean, with natural beauty, and cheerful staff. The only hiccup is when we got there, late in the day, the dining options seemed to be limited, and the hotel app, was kinda clunky, with restaurant bookings. I was frustrated. We had not eaten since before noon and we were not too happy about the general lack of immediate food. Every restaurant seemed to require reservations, and the app was, as I said, clunky. I walked to reception and kindly asked if we could order a Red Cross emergency food drop by helicopter outside our bungalow. The nice guy there got us in at the Hard Rock restaurant without reservations. It all turned out well and we were soon happy. Everything else at the hotel afterwards was great, when we got into the swing of things. It’s a really nice place indeed. If you have a midnight flight out from Male, consider visiting the city of Male in the late afternoon. Yes, the city is a dump, but it does have its own little charm. The people there are really great. I had motorcyclists stop in the middle of the road for fear they would ruin a picture I was taking. Extremely nice people indeed. Walk around the fish and vegetable market and pick up some snacks. Overall it was worth the quick visit. There is also a mosque made of coral in Male. Worth a look. We couldn’t go in because it was some sort of Muslim holiday or something. We took a taxi from the airport to town and another taxi back again. We had fun with this little excursion. "

"Great experience, amazing water! excellent for swimming, snorkeling and water-sports, outstanding staff, always welcoming and greeting guests, tasty welcoming drinks in room with fresh fruits, warm greeting at the reception, fast response to inquires via email or calls, dedicated lifestyle coach or advisor for any resort arrangements for booking or asking questions, try their Special Dining Experience during Sunset, great beach, clean sand and crystal clear water, the infinity swimming pool, the bar/ restaurant next to the infinity pool is good for tropical drinks, fast food and deserts, the breakfast is good with so many options like Middle Eastern, Western and Far East food, ocean view villas are good with some sort of privacy, air conditioned villas and also bathroom, nice balconies and mesh to relax! access to villas from ocean can be from bathroom (to avoid wet floor) with outdoor shower, the other sliding door from the balcony, bathrooms with bathtub and standing showers and with two sinks, in-room dining is very good and fast! delicious food and fruits. They offer daily housekeeping twice a day id required, supply the villa with free 2 large bottles of water, very recommended."

"The property is very convenient from transportation perspective. Food was amazing, there were lots of of options in the buffet breakfast and dinner (we opted for half board option). The staffs are the best, Sheraton also connected us with who could speak our mother tongue (Jamal and Abdul). Both of them took care of all of our needs. Infact all the staffs were really good. Loved the stay and looking forward to going back in future."

"Good location for quick stop over on way to airport early next day. Room was very small and cramped. Suggest remove the chair or get a smaller chair that can be pushed under the desk. Doubt anyone uses it for business to work on. This will give it a bit more space. "

"From the start very friendly helpful staff. Although the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded. Rooms in very good condition (Premium Villas) and just a lovely place to stay. Special thanks to Shaamil in the Sunset bar and the buffet dining area: very friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble!"
