When I arrived, they were very disorganized and had to call to figure out what expedia (hotels.com) is. Then they put us in room 34, which was tiny, had a moth the size of my hand in it, and in general very poor quality. "This is an amazing hotel, very friendly helpfull staff and superclean rooms. The view is spectular, and it is quiet but close to the city, easy acces to taxi's and the staff has different options for tours. Good breakfast. Good beds, and nice shower. The only thing is lacking is a fridge and a coffeemaker in the room, but the coffee in the restaurant is great so not a big problem."

"I will start with the good part: staff were friendly, helpful and patient with my limited Spanish skills. The room I received was poorly equipped and seemingly in midst of reconstruction. Although this was a budget decision and I didn't pay much, the price should cannot justify missing toilet seat and broken shower with one temperature: cold. "When booking in realise I was non Colombian and required a passport (which I do not carry) thus booking at 9pm refused. So eat in Restaurant returned and used wifes ID as that was acceptable ?? Sadly No 4* +in area compaired to Intercontinenal in Cali very poor value. Althought T bone and Tomahawk Steaks in restaurant where very good value"

"Es war ein wirklich fantastischer Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, die in der Tatacoa Wüste liegt. Alejandro und sein Team sind sehr fürsorglich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich wie ein Teil der Familie. Der Aufenthalt dort ist im einfachen Stil und die Anfahrt echt abenteuerlich, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wer die Sterne sehen und auf Luxuskram verzichten will ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. ¡Pura vida! "
