"I stayed in a little cottage that was like a studio apartment. Peaceful, quiet, restful place to spend a few nights during my long road trip. The host was friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again if I am ever in this region. Much, much nicer than a hotel! (Please be aware, they do not have laundry facilities. If you need to do laundry, go to the Wash and Dry on Fairview Ave. Don't go to the one at the Mobil station; it's gross.)"

"Stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family. Laurie was extremely helpful and communicative when I was trying to figure out all the logistics. She was easy going and incredibly responsive. The house is beautiful and the views we had on the deck and the lawn looking out at the fall foliage were unreal. My friends want me to turn 40 every year so we can stay at this house. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this farm house. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Having all the animals was a big plus. Mattresses were very confortable. The property is absolutely beautiful and it offers many amenities. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip."

We were on our honeymoon, just the two of us, and when we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest note, with wildflowers, and bubbly in the fridge! 🥰 Vanessa was very friendly and responsive via the VRBO app, totally flexible when our travel plans changed, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. "The property was as described, and I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings more. It's a short walk to a nice park by the river. The house itself is comfortable and well-appointed. I appreciated the easy style, the good WiFi, and nice kitchen."

"Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...

"Fantastic place to stay! So homey, comfortable, and peaceful. Steven was a fabulous host, and his property is wonderful - in a beautiful garden. The room is large and beyond well equipped. No reason to pay more to stay downtown Hudson. We’re on a month-long New England road trip, and this has been our favorite stay! "
