"Had hard trouble with the door after I left for state darts (wouldn’t shut) apparently had to slam it. I never had issues before when I stayed and door would shut and not need slammed (room 204)"

"My friend and I stayed one night because we were in town to compete in a game. The bnb was perfect! Kelly was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The mansion has so much character and history. I would 100% stay here again."

"We had a great stay. We were in town visiting our daughter who's a student at UNI. House was wonderful! Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Had all the kitchen essentials and amenities. Loved having a fenced in yard for our little dog. Only thing we were missing was a grill for outdoor cooking."

"This property has a homey atmosphere with excellent accommodations for larger family gatherings. It is in an excellent location close to shopping, dining and family activities like the waterpark and amusement park. The basement game room and hot tub were very popular with the grandchildren. We would happily come back again!"

"The property is well maintained, clean and in a good location. The beds are all nice mattresses and are tempur-pedic or something similar. Easy check-in and out procedure."

"Likes: very convenient access off of I380 and Evansdale Drive, friendliness of staff, easy check-in and check-out, no stairs to climb for access to our room, nice pool and breakfast area. I would have given this motel a five star overall rating if there had been a hot tub also. Free breakfast included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, link sausages, make-your-own waffles, cereal, milk, yogurt, orange and apple juice, bagels, toast, fruit, coffee, tea and oatmeal. Dislikes: bed just a little too high and no hot tub"
