"Highly recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and am always very happy. Had a few problems the last visit and the staff addressed the issues immediately. The hotel’s owner has lovely cats that are well behaved and crave attention. There’s fresh coffee in the lobby and a seating area where one can relax. There are several places to eat nearby and two Michelin star restaurants minutes away. 7/11 is a short walk and the surrounding area is very safe . Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis...

After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."

"Elevator was broken and water not hot enough at first, but after i told the front desk they fixed both quickly. Food options within the hotel are limited, but plenty nearby."

"Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in ."
