清潔有待加強，隔音不好
整體周遭環境算不錯，但隔音超差，尤其又遇到一群沒公德心的房客，在客廳吵鬧三樓聽的一清二楚，門口貼的10點後輕聲細語告示一點用也沒有，下樓示意了2次照常吵。 環境清潔有待加強，有2位在車庫待一下子，隔天早上腿部整片紅點又超癢的，另外有一條毛巾有污漬點點。 房間不適合加床，因是非常薄的床墊，只舖一墊會感覺像睡地板，不是行軍床，整體感覺，除非整棟租下來，否則需考慮一下。
