"The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food. Absolutely loved it!"

"The hotel switch off the aircon compressor thru the day. Hotel lobby was hot, and mind you, it is summer and 30 degrees in September 2023. I made a feedback about my room being very hot and the aircon was not working due to their switching off the compressor. nothing was done. 2nd day, made the same feedback as i woke up at 10pm, and 4am twice each night and called to feedback. "Super nice rooms that are very comfortable, bed included. Breakfast has limited western options as well as staff there that understands English. The area around the hotel is pretty boring and leaves you no where to walk. Didn't have lunch or dinner here so can't say if that is good.
