Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who all go the extra mile to make your stay just what you want. "The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "
