"We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Ed and Vickie were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great place to stay. "Great place to visit. We definitely could have stayed a few more days. Plenty of dog friendly activities. It would be a great place to stay at other times of the year as well We very much enjoyed Maggie’s baked treats and the Strawbale cottage holiday vibe. A bit warm because of a couple of very hot days so another fan or aircon would be great."

"Plough Cottage was well equipped and there were plenty of warm blankets/doonas and electric blankets for the beds. The bunk bed room was large and big enough for four to share. The host was easy to communicate with and had really thought of everything you would need to have a pleasant stay. It was a short walk to the lake and a picturesque drive to and from Mansfield. "Big and spacious cottage, very close to Goughs Bay. The home made cookies, bread and other things for breakfast were a winner. Lots of birds and beautiful and quiet location. The beds were very comfortable."

"Our cottage at The Black Sparrow was cosy and warm for our winter getaway. It was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. It was quiet and set in a beautiful location. We arrived when it was dark, so the narrow dirt roads were a little difficult to navigate and additional lighting might have helped. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a few nights, very peaceful and private and just as close to Mt Buller for skiing as the more expensive Mansfield. Thanks!"
