"You’re a hotel and your staff are excellent. It was my first time in Cedar Springs. Every staff that works in that hotel treated me with love and grace every shift the maids were immaculate. The breakfast was so great. I loved it. I think I gained the pound or two. this hotel is very private and that’s what I require required, and I loved every bit of it from the pool to the exercising machines Please I will be coming soon and as I travel because I have a sister that lives in your town that’s where I’ll be staying. It has my support and my funds."

"I was there because of a family emergency. I had to stay close to a hospital. The staff was friendly, let me eat some breakfast (I came down late) and were accomidating to let me have the 1:00 Check out. I really like the suite rooms. Second time staying at this hotel for the family member."

"This place is as advertised. We highly recommend it. It’s clean and has what you may need in a vacation. We went in winter and it was warm and toasty inside. The host is extraordinarily accommodating. She even offered us to stay for a few hours after checkout time. Very considerate since it had been snowing from the day before. Beautiful view of frozen lake where people were ice fishing. Peaceful and quiet at night. We did not have any issue."
