"The location of the hotel is convenient, near to 3 MRT stations and in a safe area. Not so crowded, too. The room we were given is big, clean, and very cozy. Though the bathroom’s a bit small, it’s clean and stocked with bath essentials and toiletries. But what really made us enjoy the hotel are staff — they were really great and helpful, specially Rene the receptionist and the room attendant! They even offered us to check-in early since the room is already vacant. It is very much appreciated, Ms. Rene! "

On the 2nd day, I fell ill and was admitted to a hospital in Shanghai. Fortunately, Ritz Carlton was gracious enough to dispatch an ambulance vehicle to take me to the hospital. Also, assigned an individual to accompany us to the hospital and took care of everything - register, wait in the line, getting the medicines, etc. Super attentive! "
