"Good location. 3 beds to accommodate our family. "

"Listing was very accurate. Accommodations fit our needs. Shower tile had some water damage. No floor mat in bathroom makes things slippery for getting out of shower. Did not find a dish towel in kitchen. Couch had no legs so is resting on the floor and is very low to the ground. Exterior of property could use some trash pick up now that snow is melted."

"We rented the property to be in the area for the holiday. The house had plenty of sleeping spaces and linens. The kids were enjoyed seeing the horses on the property. "

"The people that lived in the apartments surrounding this one are very loud and the walls were thin, so it wasn’t quiet. The apartment was very nice and the property was really nice as the owner provided plenty of bedding and it was a comfortable room. The decor in the apartment was very nice and there was a lot of amenities. The garage smelled like a sewer. "

"This house was great for our long weekend trip to st.Louis it is a little older, owner had great response time and was helpful for all questions we had. I would just definitely take a smaller vehicle has its own parking but hard to get in and out of with a larger vehicle."

"The property was exactly as described. It provided a great safe location for our family while in the area - close to attractions, parks, stores, and restaurants. This property is very cute; located on the second floor above a local business. Has lots of windows for wonderful natural light with spacious eat-in kitchen area. Would rent again!"

"This was a terrible property. The furniture was broken, the original place I reserved had leaks so we couldn’t stay there, the third set of rooms they eventually got us to had rodents and not enough bed linens for the two sleeping surfaces, and none of the linens provided would fit the pullout futon so I slept on a very uncomfortable couch. I am still trying to get a refund for the nights we couldn’t stay there because of the condition of the rooms."
