"I was very pleased when my famile and I walked into this place. We came here for the pool so the kids could play but was pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub too!! Did not see this as a feature for this place. The rooms are very nice up to date and fresh. We got a balcony room for a view of the lake on the 3rd floor. Pool is super clean. The pool room looks almont new. Thank you. We will say again fpr sure. "

"This was a great property to come and enjoy some swimming and boating on Houghton Lake. The home and property are beautiful and the lake is perfect for swimming for little kids with a great beach right in front of you to play on! The hosts were fantastic and the house has everything you need! 5 stars all around!"

"The owner was fantastic keeping us informed, especially the day of. Helped tremendously with additional parking questions. House was very clean, had lots of extras in the cupboards (spices). Smell was really good. Beds were comfy. Didn't need the extras, like washer/dryer but nice to know if we needed them, they were there. Had extra beach towels set aside. Firewood available. "We enjoyed staying at the Houghton Lake house. Kitchen was very well stocked, living room and bedrooms had plenty of throw blankets, pillows and blankets. There was plenty of room to spread out. Yard was spacious. Weather didn’t cooperate so didn’t get to use the kayaks and paddles boards. We did have a bonfire which was nice. Kids had lots of fun regardless."

"Very spacious, perfect for our family summer getaway. Large dining table for games and meals. Enough sesting in family room for 11 of us. Very close to entrance of canal made it easy to get in and out on the lake and docking was a breeze"
