"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keweenaw Waterway Cabins! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The cabin was neat, clean, and well-stocked with essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable.The amenities were fantastic—our group especially loved the hot tub, sauna, and game room, all of which were top-notch. The location was perfect for outdoor adventures and beautiful views of Portage Lake and Michigan Tech.A couple of minor areas for improvement: the beds were not the most comfortable, and we would have loved to see a paved parking pad in front of the cabin. The muddy conditions made it difficult to avoid tracking mud into the cabin.That said, Kari was extremely responsive, and we had no issues at all during our stay. We would absolutely consider staying here again, especially in another season to take full advantage of the different outdoor activities and stunning scenery.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, adventure-filled getaway in the Keweenaw!"

"Great space! Beds were firm but very comfortable. Living space was perfect for a small group. TV was huge! Kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, utensils, pots, cooking sheets and bowls. We’d stay there again. "

"We stayed here for my Son's state's Hockey tournament. It was a great house with lots of open spaces for ease of movement to cook and talk. The view was spectacular and it was so much fun to watch the snow storm role in. This house is atop a steep hill so thank goodness my husband had a truck to make sure we could go up and down with the snowfall. The roads got plowed everyday before we left and it was fine. There are no TVs so we had fun playing some card games we brought!"

"Stayed one night while visiting Michigan Tech; the room was very spacious, beds were comfortable and location was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and close to the university. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Houghton!"
