"It was great, when me and my dad first got there a lady who was dealing with a customer before, said she would be with us soon. Then a Chinese lady who's name I forgot to get came with a smile and greeted us. She was very professional, informative and friendly, was a pleasure to be served by her. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Love the fact that the door to get into the showerroom can also separate the toilet from the sink & shower for extra privacy if needed. Only thing about the room was because I booked a double bed with a sofa bed just in case the bed wasn't big enough for me and my dad. I expected to see a duvet cover and a sheet within it, which it wasn't. Could ofcourse asked for them but thankfully the bed was big enough for us to share. Breakfast was good, unfortunately no fried eggs or mushrooms but for a free breakfast can't nobody complain. Scrambled eggs and beans are okay, croissants are nice. Sausages are quite nice to but I feel the bacon was the best out of everything. Would definitely stop again in the future at some point if required. "

"Always stay here as the service is the best in MK! Had no clue you had to pre-book the carpark now as its a change of management. Having downloaded the app and tried to book the parking, it was fully booked! Note for next time. Also could have displayed it on the hotels.com website so customers are aware prior to travelling by car. "

"Just basic like in a tablet ie features of an aircraft but actually serves the purpose of a roof over one’s head and quiet. Booked more nights in the budget tablet hotel as I call it. I will definitely book again wen on a short visit there."

"Great overnight stay with two kids age 5 and 7. Had a lovely time. The hotel was very welcoming, especially Becky on reception. We loved the peacocks and feeding them was such a treat. We got a taxi into Tring to the Natural history museum which was fun. The family room was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff!"
