"The configuration of your bar doesn't work. The rectangular shape is terrible, the bar stools don't properly fit and the bar tops are cluttered. Service staff, friendly, can't see you, etc...You might want to rethink this entire outlet. Thank you."

Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. The spa is worth a visit and a walk in the forest surrounding the hotel was so refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and the food in all the restaurants we visited was superb. Thanks to all the staff that made a memorable experience for us. There are so many to mention."
