"The home was just as we hoped. Very clean, modern decorating, new kitchen and bathrooms, heating was warm and working well. It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. "The property was easy to find, clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was excellent, less than 5 mins from Saturday Market. The accommodation is on 3 floors so not ideal for anyone with significant mobility problems. The garage is small, as stated, but we squeezed a Renault Clio in. We'd definitely stay here again."

"We chose this property because it had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was within walking distance of the city centre. There was no parking permit ( car parking in York is very expensive and we had two cars with us) but we managed to get some on street parking a few minutes walk away. The space was adequate for the five adults and baby in our family.
