"This might be the nicest house we have stayed in while traveling. The kitchen has everything we needed. Paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and body wash were all supplied. The bedrooms are huge which worked well for all of us. A nice hot tub to help recover from Steamboat and Winter Park. Grand Lake is a cute down in winter and RMNP is right there for some hiking. I highly recommend this place, and if we stay in the area again with a big group, this is where we'll stay!"

"This place was everything we wanted and more. A big snow came in the 3 days prior to our arrival but the driveway was plowed and walkeays shoveled. She had it decorated for Christmas which we loved and the outdoor lights were on a timer so when we got back from dinner the first night we got a surprise of more Christmas lights! "We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this cabin. It’s in a great quiet community as well as a great quiet small town. The views from the cabin were amazing, everything was fully stocked, central heat worked good for the cold winter has a wood burning fireplace although we did not use it. "Our daughter wanted to see snow in Colorado for Christmas. She absolutely got her wish . This was a perfect location for experiencing snow and being close to townfor activities. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Nice and clean cottage. Small but cozy. This is our second stay in this cottage. We choose to return for several reasons; small, we like the small quarters for gathering with our adult children. Proximity to town, very nice short walk to the grocery store or into town for lunch. Kitchen, we always cook most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and toaster, crock pot. Nice to be able to prepare our own meals."

"Our family had the pleasure of staying in the cabin for several days in December 2024. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was more than adequate for the 8 of us. The cabin was well stocked with linens, toiletries and kitchen supplies and it was extremely clean! It even has a washer and dryer. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. Unfortunately, we did not get the pleasure of spotting a moose as we had hoped for, but we did wake up to all kinds of animal...

"You can't beat the location, with the gondola just steps away from the lockers. The building is a bit older but the rooms were very nice and comfy. Also loved the hot tub after a day of freezing on the slopes. "
