"Our experience with the check-in process was frustrating and disappointing. There was no reception or accessible customer support at the designated check-in time, and resolving the access issue took several hours, which was very inconvenient. That said, once we got past the initial challenges, the rest of our stay was fantastic. The place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking snow-covered scenery and plenty of activities to enjoy. The gondola rides and Coca-Cola Tubing were highlights of the trip, offering so much fun for all ages. The dining options in the area were diverse and delicious, making it easy to find something for everyone. A special mention goes to the staff at the Winter Park Village stores—they were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome and appreciated. Despite the rocky start, we had a wonderful time enjoying everything this destination has to offer and would recommend it to others, with the hope that the check-in process is improved in the future. "We visited in winter and it is a very nice hotel with nice lake view. Easy late check-in. Cozy stay. The staff is friendly. The only issue we had is that the heater is making some small cracking sound when on. Hope this could be improved."
