"Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it. "

The previous year for Series Mania, I stayed in Hôtel Barrière Lille which is a more upscale experience but I find Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais more convenient.
