"We arrived at the reception around 1am after booking online. When we arrived at the desk to che king we were fold we couldn't became i had booked the wrong date. However, in the long run thevteam were very helpful with me contacting my booking agent to rectify it so the could chcheck us in. We finally checked in an was able to get a couple og sleep before our flight. The team at the receptiom were exceptiona!! I would stay there again. Thank you!!"

"Very good - really friendly and helpful staff at check in, let is in the room early which was really handy. Room was functional and pretty clean (apart from under the bed!). Nice toiletries and towels etc. Lovely view of the river. "

"This is an exceptional boutique Hotel in London, about 10/15 mins walk from Victoria Station and we walked to Houses of Parliament in about 40 mins. Such a unique room which was spotlessly clean with large free standing bath, amazing toiletries and spacious . Continental Breakfast was delicious with amazing choice, we were going to upgrade to cooked breakfast but so much choice with continental we did not bother. Could not fault anything about this Hotel."
