"Communication was not good at all. Our check in was suppose to be at 3pm. We did not recieve any information about how to check in or get keys ect till aroud 4.30pm. They messaged us and told us check in will be at 7pm due to a late departure. We had driven from brisbane and planned to arrive in Townsville around 3pm. "Very good location if you have a loved one in the mater. The cleanliness could be improved, there was food still stuck on cutlery, coffee stains in cups, hair in draws in bathroom and previous guests soap left in shower with hair on it. The stick vacuum was also disgusting, not emptied, wet contents inside the barrel and smelt horrible. "
