"Loved the property, it’s a beautiful building, the staff were amazing.we were upgraded to a sea view (thank you) the room was huge, very very comfortable, the only mark down was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny, although perfectly serviceable. We walked from the hotel straight onto the SW coastal path and walked to Boscastle- a fabulous walk."

We complained and it was supposed to be fixed during the day. However night 2 and shower was still luke warm. The shower was lovely but There was definitely a problem with thermostat. "

"The cottage was huge and extremely well-equipped, making it a perfect stay for families. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. "Two rooms booked and were different ends of hotel - one had sea view- one poor disappointing view. Rooms were good size and clean but very cold as radiators hardly came on. We were on fifth floor and water took a while to come through warm. Queue for reception as only one person on Limited bar choice but a good breakfast and staff were pleasant in all areas"

"The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...
