"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"

"Great stay but not entirely suitable for a wheelchair. Had to remove the rims from my chair and two small steps inside were a bit annoying but nevertheless we will be back. Booking agent fee was excessive adding almost £100 to the cost"

"Hare lodge has everything and more. Karen has provided everything you could possibly need. The lodge was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We were amused by the number of hares around! Beds were extremely comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. We thought Hare lodge was very good value for money. The only thing we didn’t like much was the layout. Having to go out into the conservatory to get to the en suite bedroom wasn’t great, and in winter would be chilly, but we enjoyed our stay...

"This medieval house was really cute. Does come with the quirks of an older house (creaky stairs, small rooms) but that adds to the charm. Host was very helpful throughout our stay and on arrival had items in fridge (milk/butter/jam) and some pastries along w/ a bottle of wine. location is perfect for wandering around Stamford and a quick 5min walk from Train station so very doable w/ luggage"

"Expensive. advertised hot tub but we must have misunderstood there wasnt one, and think the amneties meant a bath tub, very old decor like it or hate it i didnt like it, smelt old and damp garden furnture ready to colapse on you as seemed rotten . I couldnt wait to leave the area made up for it though close to some beautiful beaches and nature reserves which was why we stayed in the area, sorry but wouldnt stay again"

"I recently stayed here with my partner, our 8 month old, a couple of friends and our dog, we had great communication with the property owner he is so kind and helped us out with anything we needed. "Hen party of 18 so this house was perfect for the occasion. Owners communication was excellent, very helpful, greeted on arrival and only had to call if any problems. We managed to make use of the pool and hot tub. Good location , local pubs in walking distance and shops. Only down side was we had to buy washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.. house could of done with just little stuff like that. Overall lovely house and would reccomend ."
