"There were a few issues that needed to be handled upon check in. We contacted the property manager and the owner, and the items were taken care of. The house was clean. The kitchen appliances were high quality; however, the pots and pans need to be upgraded as well. We made do but would have been easier with better things. "Lovely, loved seeing wildlife from front door. Great cool weather and hiking trails. I loved using the Sea Ranch Del Mar pool. Perfect for lap swimming! Some more windows that actually open/ some fans, etc., would have helped with hottest days"

"Our family had an absolute amazing stay at this lake house. Love that we could keep our boat in the water the whole weekend. Even though the weather was not great for our spring break trip.. I am happy we were able to stay in and enjoy this very cozy home when the weather was not in our favor. There is a pool table and WII for the kids to play with and a ton of outdoor space.. loved the fire pits and I can only imagine visiting in the warmer months. We will definitely be back. "We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!"

"The view is amazing. The road to get there is confusing and very windy and narrow. There is very little in the kitchen so bring everything you need. There is a coffee maker with filters and literally salt and ice. Period.Steep driveway steep stairs. Only one bathroom. Comfy beds"

"Great location, and home is very clean. Just as described and seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 6. I'm not sure I would recommend for greater than 6 even though it can sleep more. Airbeds are provided but there is limited space to set them up. And only one shower. If you dont mind those conditions, it is a comfy and clean home right on the lake. "
