"Comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor so you need to be fairly mobile to access it as stairs are steep. Great central location with many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Would recommend the apartment and would stay again. "

"We chose this property as it was one of the cheaper places to stay in Rotterdam and this is reflected in the basic amenities provided. We had to ask for a kettle and there was only a small combi oven and microwave. There was no hairdrier. The flat is up 2 flights of steep stairs which is fine as long as you are fit. "This was a fantastic stay and very good value: excellent location, spatious, cross-ventilated, excellent bed-mattresses, well equipped, including laundry in the building. Access details were communicated just a day before arrival, and the narrow circular stair is a bit difficult to manage with large luggage, but overall near-perfect for our needs."

"We found the narrow and dark stairs very challengin. No hair dryer and bathroom floor was very slippery.. Larger towels would have been nice. Extra bkankets shoukd be in the cupboard- not asked for."

"The room is eclectic. Lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling remains from a coop store. A bathroom that is separated from the room by a brick wall. Very practical for a single traveler as myself. The community kitchen was nice and coffee great. I throughly enjoyed my visit and will return someday."

"Lovely hotel, very modern and cosy. Next to the subway that goes to central Rotterdam. We had a 3 bedroom room which was great and spacious. I am originally from that area and was visiting my parents so know the area well. The hotel garage apparently had to be booked beforehand. I was nervous about leaving my car outside due to the area being higher in crime. Also there are lots of parking restrictions but with my blue badge this didn't apply to me. Downside is that all disabled spaces near hotel were taken."

"Stylish interior, rooms were quiet and spacious. Would recommend for couples or small groups looking for a nice spot to take in the city in style. Evidently used to be a tea warehouse for the Dutch East India Company, so the walls are solid and the ceilings are ludicrously high in rooms."
