What we did not like: Insufficient information about all the amenities available to guests, difficult to communicate with hotel staff as the rooms have no phones and the iPads did not provide the ability to contact staff for services (i.e. replenish supplies, wake up calls, call a taxi, ask questions about the area, etc.). "We chose the Hilton to place ourselves a bit outside of the city center and were extremely happy with our choice. Getting in and out of the center of Amsterdam took around 20 minutes but the facility and the solitude on the outskirts made it worth it. "
