"Hotel was close to Nagoya station and easy to get to even with a large suitcase. The room was quiet and clean. Even though I declined room cleaning for the duration of my stay, every day, they left a bag of clean towels and pajamas on my door."

"Everything was great, but the only hangup is the laundry service where you have to bring your bag of dirty laundry down to the reception for cleaning and pick it up from there as well. Found it very strange as I’ve never had to do this is any hotel I’ve ever stayed in worldwide!"
