You'll have to bring your own conditioner if you want it. The hot water might be difficult to work out if you don't have experience with turning the hot water off/on before/after your shower in similar facilities. "I got a room with a spacious, and comfortable bed. The air conditioning, and hot water are running well. Could do with a little of dusting, otherwise it's a perfect place for a tight budget traveler who seeks a no frill, no thrill good value for money place to stay. There are a lot of dining options near by, and easy access to public transportations. A happy stay for me."
