Could do with a little of dusting, otherwise it's a perfect place for a tight budget traveler who seeks a no frill, no thrill good value for money place to stay. "This company evidently controls many units in this building, and I can only speak about my unit - which may be better than some of the others. Inside my unit was very clean and everything looked new. Everything worked very well - especially good A/C and shower - Wifi good. There was a refrigerator and hot water dispenser outside the unit in the hallway - small room - no room inside for them anyway. It was exactly as in the picture - with a nice window and view and all. "As in other reviews, the place is a bit odd by western standards with the small rooms and the multitudes of hostels/rooms in one building. Can be a bit hard to locate as it doesnt have the traditinal signs out front. However, once I got there and checked in, it is exactly like the rooms described in the reviews and the staff were pleasant. I only needed one night and it served the purpose i needed it for. If i need a room in the future for a night or 2, i will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups....
