"We didn’t realize that we had to drive so far off 101 to get to the hotel but it was well worth it. Despite the gloomy weather, the location was wonderful. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you but the check-in instructions were clear and concise. We had no problem entering our room so we did not miss the “lobby”! The room was clean and cute with very firm beds! I love a firm bed. We appreciated the coffee and the tea in the room as it was cold while we were there. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"The stay at the oceanfront home in Shelter Cove exceeded all expectations. The house is perfect in its location next to the sea and in its window-filled layout. I was fortunate enough to get some delightfully pleasant spring weather mixed in with a powerful spring storm. It was two very different worlds, but the house excelled in both.Renting the house for a week was a splurge for my solo Spring Break excursion, but I feel it was worth every penny. Just wonderful all around. Thanks!"

After a good night's sleep in comfortable beds, morning revealed the awesome view.. it was a great homebase for exploring the Avenue of the Giants. We'd stay here again!"
