"Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. "

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our ten-day stay in Granville, along the Juniata River. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful in this out-of-the way location, but just a short drive to town for supplies. The free-range chickens were entertaining but made a mess on the front porch. However, the care taker swept and hosed it off regularly. I would rent this place again."

"We checked in for our second stay and it all felt so familiar, like coming home, only better, especially in the mornings. I love sitting on that big porch, coffee in hand, watching the world wake up. We spend our days tooling around the area, discovering things to do and come home to a comfy bed to recharge in.The place is so quiet and surrounded by such beauty!
